Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.

  • Any service not mentioned in the confirmed itinerary will be treated as an additional service.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the Contact Us page.
  • The date on which the cancellation request is received will be considered as the official cancellation date.
  • Cancellation charges may vary depending on the service provider (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.).

Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party service providers. Tramax Tours acts only as an intermediary and cannot guarantee refunds in all cases.

Refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation made within the permitted time frame as per the service provider’s policy
  • Non-availability of a confirmed service due to reasons beyond the customer’s control
  • Overpayment or duplicate payment (after verification)

Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows
  • Partial utilization of booked services
  • Cancellation due to personal reasons, illness, or travel delays not covered by service providers

  • Visa rejection or documentation issues beyond our control

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
  • Tramax Tours is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers.

Amendments & Rescheduling

  • Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the service date.
  • Any fare difference or service provider charges must be borne by the customer.

Force Majeure

Tramax Tours shall not be liable for refunds or compensation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Political disturbances
  • Transportation strikes

In such cases, refunds will be subject to the policies of respective service providers.

Refund for Canceled Services by Tramax Tours

In rare cases where Tramax Tours cancels a service due to operational reasons, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund OR
  • An alternative service of equal value
